Pilates
Pilates exercise is a physical exercise and  one of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy, and people who at various stages of physical rehabilitation.
Aerobics
Aerobic exercise (also known as cardio) is physical exercise of relatively low intensity that depends primarily on the aerobic energy-generating process.
Yoga
Yoga as exercise or alternative medicine focuses on physical postures. Modified versions of the physical exercises in yoga have become popular as a kind of low-impact physical exercise, and are also used for therapeutic purposes.
